Rajesh is the Head of Product Portfolio Group (PPG) at Mphasis.

In this capacity, Rajesh is responsible for intellectual property-based software products, platforms and solutions for Mphasis. As part of this portfolio, Rajesh is the CEO of two product companies – Mphasis Wyde and Eldorado. Wyde is an international software vendor and creator of Wynsure- an industry leading Insurance Policy Administration Solution. Eldorado offers Health Insurance solutions, through its two payer platform products Javelina and Healthpac.

Since taking on this role in Nov 2014, Rajesh has led a quick paced complete turnaround of the Product Portfolio Group with both Wyde & Eldorado well on their way to be among the best performing units of the Mphasis Group. In recognition, on June 2017, Rajesh was awarded the Gold Stevie Award for “Executive of the Year” at American Business Awards and Eldorado was awarded the Bronze Stevie Award for “Company of the year”.

In parallel, Rajesh also executes the role of Chief M&A Officer at Mphasis. As M&A head, he is responsible for all acquisitions and divestiture from the Mphasis Group.

Prior to this, Rajesh was heading Enterprise Market Unit for 4 years, responsible for spearheading the expansion of Enterprise Business segments globally. This included a large portfolio spread globally across Healthcare & Life Sciences, Telecom, Retail & Logistics, and Manufacturing & Hi-Tech. He led Enterprise Unit to become the fastest growing and amongst the most profitable units of the organization.

From 2014-2016, Rajesh also played the role of Chief Marketing Officer of Mphasis, where he was responsible for global marketing & communication activities including brand management, market development, corporate communications and media relations.

Rajesh has more than 25 years of experience in Technology domain and has been with Mphasis for 16 years. Over the years, Rajesh has produced tremendous growth across a wide spectrum of industry segments including Financial Services and Healthcare & Life Sciences.

An experienced presenter, Rajesh has been a guest lecturer at multiple universities in the U.S. and India. He is often called upon to share his insight in cross-industry forums on next-generation technologies affecting business processes and the state of the global sourcing and outsourcing industries.

Academically, he holds an Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecom and a PGDM (MBA) from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad. He is currently on the Board of IIM-Ahmedabad Alumni Association, USA Chapter. He also completed the Advanced Management program at Wharton, University of Pennsylvania and is an active member of the Wharton Club of New York.

In his personal life, Rajesh is committed to charitable efforts and is associated with multiple non-governmental organizations to support underprivileged children in US & India. He is an avid follower of NBA & Cricket, also an active sportsperson with passion for tennis, golf and volleyball.

Christopher Goetze

Vice President, Product Development

Christopher is a leader in the Insurance technology sector with 20 years of experience in the product and delivery of insurance platforms. Christopher was involved in starting-up the Wyde US operations and has also been involved in all aspects of Insurance policy administration implementations including architecture design, configuration, integration and data migration. His domain expertize includes end-to-end processes from quote to claims in the life and group benefits insurance area. In particular, Christopher leads the Quality Assurance group for ING Employee Benefits, covering quality for tier 1 mission-critical applications. After leading Wyde’s technical services organization, Christopher currently manages the Wynsure product development group with teams in Paris, India and Minneapolis.

Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer

Cindy joined Wyde in 2012, leading Global Product Management and Marketing. She has now taken responsibility for the development of the Go to Market Strategy and execution of Wyde’s North American offerings, which include Wynsure and Wynsure SaaS.

Cindy has spent over 30 years in the insurance and technology industry. Prior to joining Wyde, she spent 10 years leading product management, marketing and sales teams for leading software vendors and 15 years in insurance business operations for a top global carrier and reinsurer. Cindy has a deep understanding of the importance of bridging business challenges with technology solutions.

Philippe Payet

Philippe Payet

Managing Director, Europe

Philippe Payet heads European operations at Wyde. His primary responsibilities are GTM (Go To Market) strategy, sales execution and supervision of Delivery + Technology Operation for this region. With 18 years of experience in the field of new technologies in insurance and telecom, Philippe has an extensive knowledge of the market and has managed complex outsourcing relationships with large European telecom and insurance carriers. Prior to Wyde, Philippe played different sales roles at BT and Mphasis. He holds an Executive MBA from Imperial College Business School in London.

Nitin Chaturvedi

Nitin Chaturvedi

Vice President Sales, North America

Nitin leads Wyde sales team in North America to drive overall business growth with New Client Acquisition and Existing Accounts Management. He also manages the partner sales network worldwide. Nitin has over 16 years of experience, including 8 within Mphasis, in the field of IT across various industries – Insurance, Banking and Capital Markets, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Communications Media & Entertainment, Logistics, Energy & Utilities. He possess exemplary understanding of customers and the IT industry worldwide.
With International experience in customer facing roles, spanning across 3 years in the USA and over 10 years in Europe, Nitin has held various leadership positions in Sales and Delivery for Mphasis, EDS, HP and TCS. He has delivered tremendous growth in Europe and won many transformational large deals across all the services play – Applications, Business Process Outsourcing and Infrastructure Outsourcing.

Academically, he holds an Engineering degree in Electronics (first class with Distinction) and an MBA from Vlerick Business School, Belgium (Graduated with distinction).

Pramod Desai

Vice President and Global Head, Delivery

Pramod Desai, Vice President and the Global Head for Delivery at WYDE is based out of New York. Pramod has over 23 years of rich global experience in the IT industry, of which 19 years primarily in the NA insurance industry implementing Insurance product and solutions. Pramod is a strategic thinker who brings innovative ways to solve difficult organizational problems to deliver measurable business outcomes and has an extensive exposure to product engineering and solutions.

Prior to joining Mphasis Wyde, Pramod was a SVP Delivery & Operations at Majesco, where he led a Client facing technology implementation business and all Production support accounts for P&C business and was also responsible for organization wide talent management. He focused on delivering transformation program, Business value & quality solutions to clients, establishing predictability in customer operations, manage portfolio growth through employee and customer satisfaction.

Aditya Amin

Vice President and Global Head, Solutions

Mr. Amin is responsible for Solutions portfolio of Wyde (that includes Wynsure SaaS and Front office solutions). His team works very closely with Wyde Product and sales teams to address some of the most complex business problems within Insurance industry in NA and Europe markets.

Mr. Amin has over 20 years of experience in consulting and IT services across various industries (Telecom, Media, Entertainment, Hi-Tech, MFG, Insurance, Healthcare and Capital Markets) and global geographies. In his five years of combined Mphasis and Wyde tenure, he has led various management and leadership portfolios, driving important client as well as corporate strategic initiatives. Prior to Mphasis, he spent 9 years with one of the Big Four advisory and consulting firms with a consistent and progressively higher management responsibilities, driving significant growth in the practices he managed. In early career, he was a Network Architect for one of the regional consulting and value added reseller companies.

Mr. Amin holds Masters in Computer Engineering from Florida Atlantic University and Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from LD College of Engineering, Gujarat University, India. Mr. Amin held over half a dozen certificates at various stages of his illustrative career including Project Management Professional, Certified Information Systems Auditor, and various Cisco and Nortel Networks Infrastructure.

Praveen Goggi

Vice President, Europe delivery and Delivery Excellence

Praveen has over 21 years of experience with IT MNCs. Joining MphasiS in 2007, he has been instrumental in driving the US Healthcare business for 8 accounts with the US government and commercial clients. Prior to Mphasis, Praveen spent 12 years with GE Corporate and Dell Inc. in areas of IT development and vendor management. He brings to the table his rich process and global delivery knowledge, complimented with products implementation and technology solutions to top notch corporate customers.

Praveen’s international experience includes implementation stints in 15 countries across US, Europe & Asia. Praveen is Six-Sigma Black Belt Certified and has a Computer Science Master’s degree from Pune University, India. Praveen leads delivery team for Europe region along with institutionalizing delivery and project management best practices across the entire organization. He also works closely with the sales & pre-sales team on scope management and associated contractual terms with the clients.
