Vinod Kumar Chandrashekar
Dr. Vinod Kumar Chandrashekar brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience in information systems, information technologies, and software development to Hannover Life Reassurance Company of America. He has a wealth of knowledge in creating and architecting solutions for the reinsurance world. Hannover as a group, has a worldwide presence head-quartered in Hannover, Germany. As Assistant Vice President of Software Development, and a Domain Architect, Dr. Vinod represents HLR America's application development team and oversees the architecture and implementation of all operational and business support systems for Mortality Solutions and Specialty Health sectors in HLR America. In addition to offshore and vendor management, his responsibilities include the design and development of applications that will support IT to meet Hannover's strategic objectives. Dr. Vinod is also a member in HLR US Strategic committee and plays an active role in short-range and long-range planning, and shaping HLR America's system landscape. Prior to joining HLR America in 2010, Vinod served as an Executive Consultant in CGI Inc. He had a wide range of responsibilities including systems, process, and product development. He conceived, designed, and implemented most of the client organization’s operational support systems and was instrumental in the design and development of many of the SDLC processes. As a delivery manager, he was responsible for the delivery, relationships and firm's profitable growth through value added propositions to potential clients. Pre-CGI, Vinod held a position in a newly-found embedded systems development company and played a vital role in the establishment of the company both in terms of systems and technology implementation, and bringing new businesses from university and corporate bodies. Vinod received his Doctorate in Operations Management from International Management Studies Institute, Masters in Computer Sciences from Birla Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from the Visvesvaraya Technological University.
Margaret Harder
Margaret Harder is Assistant Vice President, Director of Benefits Administration at Symetra. With 25 years in the insurance industry in individual life and employee benefits, Margaret has worked in operations and administration, underwriting, compliance and product management. In her current position Margaret oversees the new business, administration, premium and commission processing for group life and disability as well as medical stop loss.
Christina Kang
Christina is a result-oriented leader with more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology space. She has been with CUNA Mutual Group since 1986 and has held several leadership positions within the organization. She currently the Director of Information Technology & Operations, overseeing a team of over 60 IT professionals. & CUNA Mutual Group has been a client of Mphasis Wyde for over 10 years and with Christina's experience in Global Sourcing Strategy, Business System Architecture, Application Development, Staff Recruitment, Development, and Leadership, she will be a strong Inaugural Chairperson to the Wyde Guides.
Tonya Dorsey
Tonya Dorsey is a multifaceted insurance and technology executive with 26 years of experience managing business and technology transformations within the insurance industry. As a leader with proven success in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to realign with industry changes, Tonya joined Aflac in 2014 to oversee the transformation of its Group business. As 2nd VP of Transformation, she will leverage her experience to lead innovation and transformation efforts to enable business growth strategy, responsiveness to the market and increase operational efficiency.
Jean Francois Dubé
Jean Francois Dubè has been with La Capitale since 1997 and has since worked in several positions within the company. He was involved with the vendor selection process for a life insurance administration software and eventually the Wynsure implementation. Jean-Francois is currently the Domain architect for Group Insurance at La Capitale.
Jozef Kautzky
Jozef Kautzky has been in the IT profession for over 25 years, 22 years being in the insurance industry. He is responsible for the development team that builds, maintains and supports the applications for the Global Group Reinsurance division. This includes the Raptor administration system which has been built with eWam on the Wyde Framework.& Joe started working with eWam in 2001 while at ING on the MAX project, one of the forerunners to Wynsure. His roles and responsibilities have increased at both ING and RGA over the years. Currently he is a leader in the globalization of Raptor and the co-chair of the Wyde Guides.
Scott Wilkinson
Scott Wilkinson joined LifeMap Assurance Company in 2014 as the Director of Operations and Business Process Re-Engineering. Under his successful leadership to grow and effectively manage our operations team and backend systems, Scott has taken on the role of leading both our Operations and Technology teams. Scott provides the strategic leadership for LifeMap's contracts, claims, billing, customer service, and IT teams. His responsibilities include the development and implementation of long-term operational plans and identifying technology and workflows necessary to meet strategic commitments and industry best practices. Scott brings 20 years of experience leading multi-functional teams in system integration, process improvement, project management, financial modeling, operations, and workforce management. Prior to joining LifeMap, Scott served as the head of Plan Sponsor Services - Strategy, Finance and Efficiency team at Aetna, Inc. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.
Cynthia Coleman
Cindy joined Wyde in 2012, leading Global Product Management and Marketing. She has now taken responsibility for the development of the Go to Market Strategy and execution of Wyde’s North American offerings, which include Wynsure and Wynsure SaaS. Cindy has spent over 30 years in the insurance and technology industry. Prior to joining Wyde, she spent 10 years leading product management, marketing and sales teams for leading software vendors and 15 years in insurance business operations for a top global carrier and reinsurer. Cindy has a deep understanding of the importance of bridging business challenges with technology solutions.
Christopher Goetze
Christopher, the Product Development Head at Wyde, has been involved primarily with insurance administration implementations in the Group Life and Reinsurance areas. Based at Mphasis Wyde’s US headquarters in Minneapolis, MN, Christopher has worked on all aspects of Wynsure implementations, from presales to delivery and post-production support. Christopher also managed the offshore maintenance and QA of ING’s Employee Benefits and Reinsurance applications. Having worked with Wyde Technology for 16 years, Christopher currently heads the product management and development teams based in France, US and India.
Pramod Desai
Pramod Desai, Vice President and the Global Head for Delivery at WYDE is based out of New York. Pramod has over 23 years of rich global experience in the IT industry, of which 19 years primarily in the NA insurance industry implementing Insurance product and solutions. Pramod is a strategic thinker who brings innovative ways to solve difficult organizational problems to deliver measurable business outcomes and has an extensive exposure to product engineering and solutions. Prior to joining Mphasis Wyde, Pramod was a SVP Delivery & Operations at Majesco, where he led a Client facing technology implementation business and all Production support accounts for P&C business and was also responsible for organization wide talent management.
